I believe in the power of nature to support wellness, and in particular the beneficial impact of blue (water) and green (countryside, parks, and forests) spaces. My big passion is swimming, and being, in nature, whether in the sea, forests, mountains, or lakes. I have been running courses to help people become more confident in cold water swimming as part of maintaining their wellbeing with Chill UK on the Kent coast.
I am a big believer in the power of nature to improve and maintain our well being and have been inspired by the work of Wallace J Nichols and Blue mind as well as training in forest bathing and therapy with Nádúr
When I'm not doing all this I have a wonderful family, enjoy playing the piano (badly!), going for walks in nature with my dog Honey!
